• We deliver 7 Days a week 365 days a year. VALETINES DELIVERY: Please note due to the New Year closures orders selected on 14th February may be delivered on either 13th or 14th February. Thank you for your understanding.
• Deliveries start at 8.00am through to 6.00pm everyday
• Same Day Nationwide Delivery Available - For any order recieved before 4.00pm Seoul Time.
• Please state your preferred delivery time when you order. Sorry we are unable to guarantee exact delivery times between our delivery hours of 8.00am - 6.00pm but we do guarantee that the order will be delivered on the date you specify.
• If you require delivery on Sunday please order before 11.00am the day before (Saturday)
• Low Flat Rate Delivery Fee of $9.95 to any location in South Korea.
• We can deliver to Homes, Offices, Bars, Hospitals, Shops, Farms and any other location required.
• When you order please include your recipients (receivers) contact telephone number in case they are not available when we attempt delivery.
• If we do have to telephone your recipient we will not inform them that we are delivering flowers as not to spoil the surprise.
• Please Note - We will ONLY call if there is a delivery problem.
• If there is no one home when we try to deliver we will telephone your recipient and arrange to deliver at their convenience. If we are unable to speak to your recipient on the telephone your order will be returned to our flower shop and placed in our flower cooler until we can make a redelivery.
